The NxLeveL® Entrepreneur Course

In today's economy entrepreneurs must be at the top of their game in order to compete successfully. The NxLeveL® Entrepreneur Course is designed to help small business owners do just that!

The NxLeveL® Entrepreneur Course is an intensive, 12-session business development program designed to help entrepreneurs advance their skills in growing and managing their business.

NxLeveL® is one of the world's most proven entrepreneurial training programs. Since 1996, more than 160,000 business leaders in 47 states have participated in the program. The current version of the NxLeveL® Entrepreneur Course was developed based on detailed feedback from more than 6,000 entrepreneurs in 12 states who have taken the course during the past six years.

In addition to the core curriculum, NxLeveL® provides a unique networking opportunity with fellow participants and the business community. Participants in the course share ideas, best practices and become advisors to each other. Throughout the class, the instructor will invite local guest speakers to share their expertise in specific areas of business operations.

Noah Harris

Noah Harris is a multi-lingual (Spanish and Portuguese) professional with a career reflecting over 15 years of operations, training, management, leadership, and consulting experience in a range of industries including: business development, risk management/loss prevention, logistics, education and non-profit. He is a consulting partner of the Krause Management Group, and provides academic market development consultation to EverFile Systems, Inc. Noah holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an M.A. in Organization Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University.

  6. Financial Overview: Books, Records & Controls - Examine how your books and records become "the language of business."
  7. Managing Your Money: Financial Planning, Budgets & Assumptions - Understand how to develop and derive feedback from budgets.
  8. Managing Your Money: Developing and Using Cash Flow Projections - Learn how to prepare and use the ultimate "management tool" - cash flow projections.
  9. Understanding and Using Your Financial Statements - Take the mystery out your financial statements by learning how to use the numbers.
  10. Financing Your Business: Alternative Sources of Money - Evaluate financing options and determine what works best for your business needs.
  11. The Deal Making Process: Negotiating in the Real World - Develop an understanding of the negotiating process and techniques.
  12. Your Business Future: Managing Growth and Plan Completion - Is growth or expansion next for your business? What is the future vision for your business?
